RCHS has an extensive collection of decorative arts many of which are displayed in the rooms of the Hart-Cluett Mansion. The small sherry glasses with gilt decoration were part of the Hart family collection. The wine coasters, used to keep any dampness from damaging the fine wood of the sideboard or dining table, are English and were used by the Tayloe family.
