RHCS

Girl Scout Programs

The Rensselaer County Historical Society, located in downtown Troy, NY, is a great place to explore local history. RCHS offers a number of programs to help scouts with badge work. Pick from a pre-arranged program or work with us to create a program that meets your troop’s badge requirements.

Troy Brownie Troop 536 worked on family trees as part of the "My Heritage" program

Programs generally run one hour. Cost is $5.00 per scout. One adult chaperone is needed for every 8 scouts. Call the Education Department at 518.272.7232 x.17 to schedule a program.
